A solid infrastructure is a crucial element of developing a solid project. It is quite underestimated in many projects. At Baan Ing Phu however, we appreciate the importance of a good infrastructure.

Therefore we have instructed qualified engineers, specialized in their area, to design solutions for roads, power supply, water storage & treatment, computer networks, cable TV and more.

This has resulted in not only a very solid infrastructure but one that is unique in Thailand. E.g. each house in the Baan Ing Phu project is provided with drinking quality water and a state-of-the-art fiber optic network is implemented throughout the project for central internet, cable TV and a centralized alarm system.

All villas and apartments are connected through a state-of-the-art fiber optic network, unique in Thailand, which controls centralized internet, cable TV and security systems.

Baan Ing Phu has it own central underground water tank, equipped with industrial strength pumps and filters.

This installation provides drinking quality water to each of the residences with sufficient pressure to even install the biggest rain shower.

Furthermore, all power cables are underground so that the scene in the project is not disturbed.
